I probably will. I havent gotten one in a few years. It has gotten less fun for me and far more complex. 

Nothing will match up to the NCAA football game in terms of fun but Madden is alright. Ill take MLB the Show, FIFA over it in terms of Franchise mode.

Madden sucks so bad. I wanna like it since they don't make NCAA anymore, but it isn't the same at all.

Still playing NCAA 14. The roster updates I download are 90% done with Nebraska, so it's playable for me, anyways.

Both PS3 and Xbox 360. The original edits are done on a PS3, then converted to 360.

No; neither Sony or Microsoft have made it backwards compatible with PS4 and Xbox One (and they won't, given the stink around how the series was ended).

Has anyone played this yet?  Wondering if it's worth buying or if I should just stick to Madden 18

I don't think I could ever bring myself to buy another Madden game until they completely overhaul the ugly, broken animation system they've been using some version of for over a decade now. I could barely enjoy the last gen NCAA games because they look so lousy - definitely can't bring myself to bother with the NFL version :lol:

It's a different engine and running is more realistic, I like it better than 18.

still has the same weird non-human player models and animations i've seen for years and years and years. it's not a 'new' engine, it's just some new tech/lipstick slapped on top of the ugly pig

It looks the same but is definitely a new engine, they move differently.
