Member's "Last Active" set to "Private"?

More of just a curiosity than anything but I've happened across a couple members recently who - when you look at their profile page - have their "Last Active" time-stamp shown as "Private". I can't seem to find a setting for it and I don't see anything different about their account. Is there a setting that I'm missing?

 
It's a setting you choose when you login. To change, log out, then on the login page click the bottom of the two check-boxes (I forget exactly what it says).

 
Thanks. It's "Log In Anomalously". That would definitely explain one of them (a user who said he was done with the board but is still giving out +1s).

 
Yeah, I check that sometimes. It certainly does account for some of these anomalous occurrences
