Just wanted to give everyone a heads up. When a board has been around 13 years and has more than 10,000 members, it's inevitable that a lot of members don't update their email addresses - regardless whether they are active or inactive members. During the season, we send out a newsletter, as you know, and the number of bounced email addresses had grown to well over 1,800. In an effort to reduce that, I've added all the members that have "bounded" (invalid) email addresses to the Members2 group. We use that group to exclude sending the newsletter.

The reason I'm telling you is that there could be a fair number of active members that suddenly have a Members2 designation under their username, and they may ask. Please let them know why - during the last season when we sent the newsletter, it was rejected or bounced because their email address was not valid. Also, please ask them to update their email address with a valid address and to let me know - they can email me at arhuskerfan@Huskerboard.com or send me a PM - I'll just need to know what their username is.
