He admitted in a post that he's a formerly banned member. It's in the Offending Posts thread right now. A quick search of his IPs didn't turn up any evidence though.

I moved several of his posts to Offending Posts as well. Collectively, they might all be worth a ban.

 
I'm missing where he admitted that.

But if that's the case and with that outburst, I think he can be sent down the river.
