Moderator Options Missing

Perhaps I've missed it, but I don't see where we have our standard moderator options (moving topics, closing, pinning, opening, etc.). If not, then Eric and Chad are going to have to handle those tasks for a while and all we can do is notify 'em.

EDIT: My mistake - it's there, but not enabled for all forums. The Husker Football forum, for example, has the moderator options enabled. However, a number of them do not.

Moderator options are at the bottom of each thread or forum. It’s not on the main page I’m guessing because mods don’t have authority to moderate anything there.
