AR Husker Fan
Team HuskerBoard
Well, an interesting evening. I ended up spliting two threads that had becomed derailed. Then, in THIS THREAD Nameless called out formerfan as to whether formerfan had personally made any contributions to fundraising. I replied that we weren't going to go there as it simply would become a "You're not a fan if..." pissing contest. Nameless replied that it wasn't for that reason he posted it, then proceeded to explain that he simply wanted to "open it for discussion" if formerfan hadn't contributed - which is precisely the same thing as "You're not a fan if...". I replied back that none of his justification was on topic. Not good enough for Nameless, apparently, as he then replied with "The topic is about fund raising, AR, so it's on-topic".
Rather than debate him, or point out that he dosen't determine what content is acceptable, and knowing he would continuing whinning, I simply deleted the posts after my warning. I then received the following PM from Nameless entitled "thanks for deleting my posts":

My response to Nameless was:You crack me up. You delete a post of mine which is relevant to a topic and you continue to allow FF to spew his venom from one thread to another and continue hijacking threads. I think you guys (mods) enjoy having him around because he stirs the pot and keeps people pissed off to a point it prolongs a thread and keeps the board active. Kind of a lame way to run the board in my opinion.
Naturally, he couldn't leave well enough alone. He then PM'ed me with this:Follow the rules or leave.
And in case you haven't noticed, you opinion is of no concern to me.
I could care less whether you think my opinion concerns you or not. I don't have any respect for you to begin with so it really doesn't matter now does it?
