Most disappointing and improved teams

Disappointing - Wisconsin, Arkansas

Improved - sadly to say Notre Dame, Kansas St

Who else deserves to be in either of these lists.

I'm pretty disappointed about 2 for 20 on 3rd downs.

EDIT: 3 for 21 if drawing them offsides counts.

Disappointing: Wisconsin, Michigan, we will see about Oklahoma and West Virginia, USC hasn't been that impressive

Improved: Notre Dame, Florida, UCLA (I know they won't win that many games, but they are a lot better team.)

Biggest surprise: Stanford. I thought that with Luck leaving they would take a big step down, but they really haven't. That's a good football team.

I'd probably put Florida State in improved. They look legit and coming back against Clemson was impressive. Last year's team would have folded.
