Anyone notice he's back? My advice is to leave him be, no one make any comment about, "Hey I thought you were leaving?" No cheap jabs, although Rob nice job on that one recruit from Denver. He seems to think he's an insider. Well, let him think that all he wants, as long as he doesn't use journalistic type photos or posts his damn articles. He does post some nice comments though, so he's very good in many aspects. LEt's face it, he loves the Huskers and that's okay with me.

If there way off topic, tell them to stop and then you can redirect the conversation back to its origin with a simple comment of your own.

 
And if push comes to shove, split the topic and move the offending part to the Woodshed.

If it comes to push....we almost want to be pushovers to an extent. Give them a chacne or two to fix it with a few warnings. If your not sure just post something in this forum and well get to it. Only if its borderline, if its obvious move it

 
Dont think hes a teenie, but not far from it. I believe hes in his early 20's and attends Metro CC in Omaha, and from what Ive heard he's of mid eastern descent - so that may be the reason his english makes him sound younger. but yes he def acts like a little girl sometimes thats for sure.

Yea, probably.

I still don't get why he won't tell anyone who he "works for". Does this guy just love to be some kind of mystery recruiting dude or what?

 
I suspect he doesn't really work for anyone. He loves the ego-stroke that he gets from trying to make folks think he's either a recruiting guru or has inside information concerning the program.

But I wouldn't be surprised if he isn't constantly submitting crap to paid services in the hopes of landing a gig ala Mel Kiper (sic).

 
Update: I received, as perhaps all of you did, a complaint about a Nameless post. Checked it, and in my opinion it was out of line. I decided, rather than moving it to the Offending Post's thread, to move it to the Woodshed and post a message to Nameless to take it there.

Apparently, that wasn't to his liking, and he bitched about it. Perhaps I had a bit of a hair trigger on this, but I thought it time to finally treat him in a manner befitting his juvenile responses. Again, you can see it here.

My apologies if I acted a bit to harshly or quickly - but from the number of threads that this has taken place in, and Nameless' insistance on continuing and escalating these kinds of things in the "open" forums, it seemd time for a bit of a lecture.

If you think I should have handled this differently, please let me know and what you think I should have done - we need to be sure that we're on the same page for this kind of thing, of course, and my feelings certainly won't be hurt.

 
I was going to ask for guidance on that when you pulled the trigger Frank. It seems that all the other posters were starting to focus on the two biatches. It probably would have started going downhill from there. Stuck, BRJ were trying to keep them on the straight path but I think when Nameless and FF get started they get too focused on berating each other to the exclusion of the topic and others. IMO the woodshed seemed the appropriate solution.
