I was hoping he would change positions last year. We had talented RBs sitting on the bench, and slow LBs starting every game.

Just because you look the part, doesn't mean you can play the part. I am not a fan of switching players to the other side of the ball, unless they had quality time playing it in HS. It has worked in cases like Amukamara, but it screwed other player's futures like Steinkuhler. He should have NEVER been moved from the OL.
