Well, well, well. The moment I’ve been waiting 12 years for has arrived. I remember it like yesterday; the atmosphere at the USC game with College Gameday there was phenomenal. From my perspective these days, it was the day I became all N.
I’ve been dying for this moment to come since then, after all it’s our chance to be “BACK.”
I’ve noticed around the message boards I check that a large percentage of our fanbase isn’t that happy about Nebraska getting College Gameday. Too many fans with the thought process of “not wanting to get blown out on national TV.” Well, in my opinion if that happens, the good stuff still outweighs the bad. It’s quite likely that whether this game was primtime on ABC or payperview on HBO, the score of the game would likely be the same.
But my Prediction is all N. There will be a proclamation that WE ARE BACK after the game.
For those that are interested, I’ve been doing well. I’ve had some time to take a step back and think about our time here together at HB. I’ve really missed this place the past 7 months or however long it’s been. I think the break is just what I needed. I come in peace, perhaps our mods will allow me to have a 2nd 37th chance. I promise to behave. The ball is in your court. GO BIG RED.
