Need help with the look of the board

Okay folks, we're rolling out a new website that will have all of our stores centrally located. It's down right f'ing awesome. I want a big banner below the huskerboard one advertising this new website. Talked to Chad about it, but something to do with "skin's " on our website will make this difficult. Before we go and pay someone to figure this out and spend a fortune, we would compensate one of you guys. You guys would make out more in the long run. I feel this progressive prediction contest will drive traffic up and hence people will buy more stuff, which means more for all of us. Let me know if you guys know how we can do this. I don't care what the banner looks like, I need to know how to put the banner in there period.

You could make it even simpler and have the HB banner change back and forth between the two (via animated gif or javascript), yet always link to the new site.

I haven't tested it yet, but I think I cleared that issue up. The CSS was a tad messed up - that's why the links under the banner and the silver bar with the red buttons on the right were messed up. I'm pretty sure that we can post something up there pretty easily. I'll have to play with it a bit.

Elliot's idea is a good one - a "rotating" banner that's actually an animated GIF. That would mean that we don't crowd the top of each page with two banners, and it might attract more eyeballs with the animation. Just a thought. Either way, the second banner should be same size as the first, as that would make it easier to insert.

Just out of curiosity...... HuskerNation.com?
