I went on a rampage this morning to see if my thoughts and what I have researched are correct..... I believe they are.
the more casual fans of this board want new, fresh threads more than anything. I posted many new threads just by reading a articles and some of my own thoughts and posed questions. Some of these threads will drop like a rock to the bottom....others will float around for a few days, maybe a week. I don't care. Keeping things fresh and new is a priority.
Some of this sh#t was just stupid. But people clicked on it and read. it kept people on longer. Within 20 minutes of posting it, many of these threads had over 50 views, some 100. The casual member does not want to read just mega threads.....I'm not saying get rid of those, our hard core members love them, but the casual member does not.
I'll encourage all of you to post new threads more regularly.
