OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG what a freak situation... hawkeyes block 40 ydFG, but because the ball never went past the line, and UNI recovered behind the line of scrimmage, its still their ball with one second left. its under review, but if they get another shot... hilarious. go Panthers!!!

Herbstreit was saying on gameday something about out of conference games being tough for the Big 10. I'm sure he meant it as a good thing somehow, but really, struggling against 2 D1AA teams (Indiana squeaked by the other night too), Navy, and Syracuse really shows how weak the Big 10 looks again.

Yeah. Big X (11?) looks bad. At least Purdue beat up Toledo!

 
ACC is looking worse. Duke loses to Richmond (defending D1AA champs, but still...) and Virginia loses to William and Mary. Al Groh should start looking for empty boxes behind the grocery stores, he'll be packing up soon.

 
Iowa may be in for a rough season. No run game whatsoever today. Next week they head into the cursed waters of Jack Trice stadium, where suddenly the Clones look like they have 5 NFL picks on each side of the ball for a day. They lose against ISU and the waters start heating up for the head man, I predict.
