I think October 8th is going to be electric. First b1g home game against Ohio State no less. Should have the same feel as an OU game. I think it will be loud. Need to get a good start.

We also get some very fine weather in October. Some top 10 days. Hopefully that weekend is a top 10 weekend .

This news is quite huge.

As expected that weekend is possibly going to be a who's who game. Every kid that is seriously interested in NU will want to be in town on the 8th. Much like the USC game a couple of years ago, let's just hope for a better result.

9/9/11? That's a Friday night... is he choosing to skip his HS game that night? I mean, he might play on a Thursday that week, I don't know... and I'm assuming he'll come in Friday night and stay for Saturday's game?
