I actually think that makes decent sense.  Our boundary OLB are basically what a 4-3 DE would be.  Don't have to be that fast.  Be big, set the edge and make tackles.  Nelson and Payne are the two we have now and neither is very fast.

Now, we could use some more pass-rushing out of that spot.  But I would say he'd be comparable to who we have there now.
