Anyone remember Originalbigred - and why he was banned? I found two threads in which he posted HERE and HERE. He emailed to ask why he couldn't view the forum. Looked him up and he is banned, but for the life of me I don't remember him or why he was banned.

 
I want to say we banned him for advertising his blog. Hard to believe there's nothing in this forum or the Mod stuff up top about it, though.

That dude's blog is terrible, by the way. We should bring him back and then ban him again just because his blog sucks.

 
Update. As you can see, he asked to be reinstated. I answered, "No" and stated why. That led to his response. I think it's safe to say that this guy is a prick. So, we'll have to play "Whack-A-Mole" for a while until he gets bored. My guess is that won't be long - he apparently hit the Board to pimp his blog, then dropped off before he even knew he was banned. And then didn't return for almost a year.

My bad. Haven't even looked at the blog in over two years. Any way I can get back on? Somehow I've been able to read posts up until a few days ago....

No. We have devoted considerable resources to growing Huskerboard, which is why ever person that registers is presented with, and must agree to, the Huskerboard rules - one of which is to submit a request to promote or link to external sites.

Update. Thendumbass sent another email asking why he can't see the board. Since I've already told him once, I won't be replying to his question.
