Spidey senses going off about @Osbourneite.  Pretty abrasive and borderline offensive.

Unless he frequently (and only) travels between South Africa and Pakistan, he's using something to mask his IP.

My practice for several years is to ban (most) foreign IPs when I come across them because they are almost exclusively spam or people trying to hide their true location.  Osbourneite doesn't have any US-based IPs so we'll see what happens.

 
IMO we should give him a warning for this post for calling other members retards. If he is a sock, a warning will send the message that we're onto him.

That works for me.  That was the post that got me looking.  I had filed it away but was too busy with other stuff and hadn't gotten back to it yet.
