I'm also going to see what we can do about the fix time - b/c a full day is a little much, and couldve been a lot worse if it were during the season. But with only 2 ppl as contacts for resolution, this kind of stuff is likely to happen. So with that in mind, I think I'm going to xplore moving to another host when we make the upgrade. Will cost more and be a pain in the a$$ to move everything, but probably worth it in the long run.
