Parking in Lot 20

Is parking in Lot 19, 20 and 21 all parking pass only these days?

Looks like can still get GA. I've know a lot of people that park and tailgate over there.

For anyone wondering, Lot 20 and 19 are all sold I think. We were able to get cash spots in Lot 21 pretty easily
