From my dear friend:) she is the best ever...I just made them this morning and I doubled it.

Peanut Butter Cookies

1 cup peanut butter

1 cup sugar

1 egg

Mix all ingredients together. Roll into 1 inch balls and put on cookie

sheets. Make cross marks with a fork. Bake at 350 for 9-12 minutes or until golden brown around the edges.

I always double this recipe.

**Sprayed cookie sheets with no-stick cooking spray.
