Pecan Cheesecake Pie;

1 refrigerated-(roll out)- pie crust or (deep dish) frozen pie crust 
1-(8-oz.)-package cream cheese
4 large eggs 
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract 
1/4 tsp sea salt
1- 1.5  cup chopped pecans
1 cup Karo Syrup

Directions: 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 

Place your ready made pie crust into a pie plate and crimp around edges. 

In a bowl combine cream cheese, 1 egg,  1/2 cup sugar, 1 tsp vanilla and sea salt.   
Beat at medium speed until smooth with hand mixer. 

Pour cream cheese mixture into pie crust. 
In a bowl chop pecans. 

Sprinkle chopped pecans over cream cheese mixture. 

In another bowl combine 1/4 cup sugar, corn syrup, 3 eggs and 1 tsp vanilla. 

Mix everything together really well and pour mixture over pecans. 

Place the pie on a cooking sheet in case any runs over.

Bake at 350 degrees on the lowest rack in your oven for 50-55 minutes. 

Allow pie to cool completely before serving.
