Pecan-Crusted Roasted Salmon:
4 Salmon Filets-(4-6-oz.) each
Seafood Seasoning and Pepper To Taste-Recipe Calls For Salt and Pepper To Taste..I would use Seafood Seasoning or Garlic Salt..Probably Seafood Seasoning..it would give it more flavor
1 T. Dijon Mustard
1 T. Honey
2 T. Fine Seasoned Bread Crumhs
2 T. Chopped Pecans
1 Tsp. Fresh or Dried Parsley
Fresh Lemon Wedges
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Lightly sprinkle salmon with Seafood Seasoning and Pepper; place salmon skin side down on baking sheet or a glass baking dish, coated with cooking spray.
3. Combine mustard and honey, and brush on top of salmon.
4. Mix topping of Bread Crumbs, Chopped Pecans and Parsley; sprinkle over salmon, pressing into honey mustard mixture,
5. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until flaky.
6. Serve with fresh lemon wedges.
