Chad and I put these together to help all of us out. We all know what needs to be done, but I figured this would take some of the guess work out of what to post when a member is being dumb.

What are some other violations that occur often, so that I can create another one of these.

One suggestion - if you think about it when you enter the warning info, you might want to enter the URL to the offending post. You can do this by looking at the upper right for any post for the post number. It looks like this:

Click the number, and a window will appear with the URL. Like so:

Copy (it should be highlighted already, so just right click anywhere in the URL and click COPY from the pop-up menu) then paste it into the warning box. That will help us keep track of what post led to what warning level.
