I made this the other night with rice. This is one of my favorite ways to make pork chops.
Hidden Valley Pork Chops:
I always wash pork chops off and pay dry with a paper towel!
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. I know this temperature sounds high, but, trust me, it will be fine!
While the oven is preheating, mix the following ingredients in aa bowl:
1 Packet Hidden Valley The Original Ranch Seasoning Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix
Dash Of Paprika(I Used More Than 1 Dash)
Put the pork chops in baking dish-(don’t spray baking dish with Pam or grease it!)
Season both sides of pork chops with Garlic Salt and Black Pepper.
***Recipe called for Kosher Salt, but, I use Garlic Salt.
Sprinkle both sides of pork chops with seasoning mixture.
Bake pork chops for 10 minutes in preheated 450 degree oven; turn over and bake for 15 minutes.
Serve.
***Depending on how thick or thin your pork chops are, you may have to adjust the time.
