Potato Soup:
5 lbs red taters
2-3 cans chicken broth
1 can Cream of Onion Soup
1 can Cream of Celery Soup
1 block PepperJack Cheese, (shredded)
1 stick butter
8 -oz.s Sour Cream
1 pint half and half
Peel and dice up taters, boil in chicken broth.
Once tender, add Cream of onion and celery slowly folding in til melted.
Then add sour cream and half an half.
Then add PepperJack Cheese REAL SLOW.. or it will clump.
Then last add the butter and let melt in.
**I haven't made this..think I would throw some bacon or ham in it too.
