Ya you have to link it with your computer. I can watch video clips, listen to music, and look at pictures off of my computer without taking up space on the 360. I have a picture of memorial stadium as my background now.

all you have to do is download the image to your computer, and then transfer it with a flash stick or burn it to a cd or something along the lines, and then access it with your ps3!
