Pumpkin Dip With Cinnamon Chips:
4-oz. Cream Cheese, Softened
1-(15-oz.) Can Solid Pumpkin
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
2 Tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
3/4 Cup Mini Marshmallows
1/4 Cup Chopped Pecans
Cinnamon Chips:
1 Refrigerated Pie Crust
2 T. Sugar
1/2 Tsp. Cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix first 4 ingredients well; spoon into small baking dish.
Top with marshmallows and pecans.
Bake for about 15 minutes.
Lay pie crust flat on cookie sheet or stone. Mix sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle over crust. Slice into squares.
Bake 12-14 minutes.
Let cool completely.
