I think most of the calls were right today. But I have noticed in other games that holding gets called wrong a lot. There was a pancake block by a VT lineman against Miami that I believe cancelled a TD because it was called holding. It’s like they don’t think a defender can legally end up on the ground anymore.

I would agree, with the glaring exception of the PI on Fidone that negated a touchdown. That's simply not a penalty, and cannot be called there.

I don't think that last holding on Banks should have been called. He really didn't pull or impede the defender and it had no impact on the play. The broken clock: there were way worse missed calls on Purdue's linemen.

On Banks? His hands were inside the guy's shoulder pads. Unless there was some other dude holding and I missed it?
