After the 2013 preseason college football rankings came out, Harris has been tweeting/retweeting a lot about Ohio St.

No Ohio St offer for Harris, yet. Urban said he wants to watch him throw first. But, pretty sure they are slow playing Harris and other QB prospects to give Urban more time to work on Clemson commit, Deshaun Watson.
