Shelley was born in Ohio, visits frequently, and considers them one of his favorite teams. Still, Buckeyes have already locked up their 2017 QB commit, so I would not expect to see them jump after him just yet. Dude looks legit and put up some awesome numbers (1600 yds passing, 800 yds rushing, 17 TD), considering he only started the last 6 games of his freshman year. Clemson and Texas A&M look to be contenders.
