I am near this kid's area and know this high school.  I never heard anything locally about Nebraska with him despite the internet claims found in this thread.  Would have been surprised if he chose us.

It’s questionable on how many recent commitments are solid when they have been unable to visit other schools. Thus, if recruiting is opened up again, it wouldn’t surprise me that our coaches start recruiting him again and maybe get a visit. This is not normal times. You have to think we are not out of it. I would be concerned about decommitments happening from prospects who commit to Nebraska right now for the same reason.

This is a big win. Costelli's film is weak and, I wish him the best, but won't be surprised to see him flame out in the PAC12.

... but it will be Frost and his terrible QB development (and all other development, playing time decisions, etc., etc., etc.) that makes several of our guys go into the portal this off-season.
