Well now. I don't know that this is an offer that just went out. Probably has been there for awhile.

Planning OVs to Florida, Notre Dame, and Alabama. Considering an OV to Nebraska.

 
They have to consider him 50-50. He's said as much himself. I'd love for Wilson to stay and I'm sure the coaches feel the same way. However, things being what they are, it's good to prepare for the possibility.

 
Two things here. 1) Gaines loves Florida and that's his #1 choice but Florida has a guy or guys in front of him. He is waiting for them to give him a go. 2) we aren't a secured OV but he is considering us as a 4th option behind 3 other schools.

 
I don't think we have much of a chance. But with all those options, we must still be after him a little bit if he's even considering a visit.

I agree. I'm not sure we'd have to have two QBs in this class and I'd be fine with only POB if that's how it went. But if the coaches think they want to have two, you have to still be working on other options.

It just seemed like some - not necessarily on this board - are kind of acting like we really aren't after Gains that much. It looks to me like we are.
