QMany's comments in the Armstrong thread

I'm going to give QMany a few days to cool his heels unless someone has a good reason why I shouldn't. He called NUpolo8 a troll in one post, then followed it up with another gem a few moments later. I'm going to move both posts to the Tangent thread, and as promised earlier in that thread, I'm attaching a suspension to that move.

QMany's posts:

A lot has changed in concussion knowledge and protocol since 2008. Oh, then there is that multi-million dollar facility connected to the the football facilities for this kind of stuff. I will go ahead and defer to their expert judgment, not troll agendas.

Yeah, it would seem to be against the rules.

I've probably skirted up against them a couple times myself recently. I think we're in the "if you're in every problem, the problem is you" area, though. (Or however knapp says that which I'm sure I slaughtered.)

It is minor, but it's part of a larger pattern and it needs to stop. I gave QMany three days off. NUpolo8 has already had 7 days and BrayWyatt has had some time, as has saunders45.

Abusive behavior?!? Trolling is not moderated, but calling out trolls is? He is known for making something out of nothing, like he did here. Knapplc even said as much! This suspension is laughable.

The sh#t of it is, he's a really nice guy. NUpolo8 is too, actually. I've met them both and like each guy.

Oh well. I'll brace for the backlash when he's back.

I don't disagree with the message being sent here, but it does seem minor. I think in particular we've been explicitly OK with calling out "trolls" in the past (the behavior, rather than "you're a troll") although it's usually also been applied to users who were actually both. So that line hasn't been super clear.

He's not helping himself with his response, but I don't think I'd hold this incident against him if there are future strikes/incidents.
