Question about the board

I've got a couple buddies that are Iowa State fans. For the most part, they're just knowledgeable college football fans who like to chat with other fans across the country.

My question is: Does this board welcome fans from other schools or is that frowned upon? I know there have been issues in the past where obnoxious fans come in and try to get us riled up, but I can personally vouch for these guys. Yes, they will talk a little smack, but it's all in fun.

Is that a :bad ?

Let me know what you guys think, and if it's ok, I'll e-mail them a link to the site so they can get signed up.

Actually, we welcome fans of other teams. Most of them just want to discuss a little football and hang out - and hearing the opinions of others from outside Husker Nation gives us a unique perspective. By all means, have 'em sign up and start posting.

I mean, heck, we even have every KSU fan in America as members - both of 'em!

Thanks for the post Aaron. I am going to go ahead and move this to the "Board Feedback" forum, where we put questions concerning the board. Thanks again!

as long as they realize the majority of us here are, well, rabid husker fans, then it should be cool.

i mean, for the love of Devaney, it's called the HUSKERBOARD. who else are we gonna cheer for?

Welcome aboard Aaron5! :cheers To answer your question - absolutely, thats one of the things that makes this board great. They are more than welcome to even join in on the Husker discussions, but there are also several other forums unrelated to Husker stuff they may be more comfortable in -- even The Woodshed for some friendly fire -- but just so you know that forum is password protected, to prevent people from accidentally stumbling upon something thats more in the "R-NC17" category - so just contact myself or any Mod for the password.
