Ranch Cheese Ball:

2-(8-oz.) Pkgs. Cream Cheese, Softened

1 Pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix

2-1/2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1-1/2 Cups Chopped Pecans

In a medium bowl, mash and stir the softened Cream Cheese.

Add the Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix & Shredded Cheddar Cheese; stir to combine well.

Line a bowl with Plastic Wrap and pour cheese mixture into the bowl. Bring the Plastic Wrap up around the mixture and press to provide a round shape to the cheese ball.

Refrigerate for 2 hours to firm.

When ready to serve, remove from refrigerator, remove Plastic Wrap and roll the cheese ball in the chopped pecans to cover.

Place on your serving dish and surround with your favorite cracker variety.
