Still don't understand how you can be the #6 RB in the class and be ranked so low. Is Rivals/247 all about the APB now, which gets ranked differently?

I think it is wrong.  If you look at the list he is number 51, but is says 6 next to his name.

All-purpose backs are mostly rated significantly lower than regular running backs. 

They're basically considered a change-of-pace or third down back - someone who can be more of a third-down back and catch the ball out of the backfield.  But not someone who's going to carry the load for a team.  Usually because they're smaller and (hopefully) faster.

Not arguing with you.  But, it's kind of odd that a player listed as "all purpose" would get this opinion.
