My pick for the time-being is South Carolina.

Up to the #16 RB in the country and a four-star per Rivals

Final 4 of Boston College, Alabama, Oregon and Nebraska.  It was thought that South Carolina was right at the top of his list but apparently not.

He would be the lowest-rated RB on Alabama's roster by a wide margin and they appear to be in on a couple of much-more-highly-rated RBs for this class so I would question if that's really an option for him at this point. 

He doesn't seem to have visited Oregon.  

He is visiting Boston College this weekend.

Looks to be announcing on July 2nd.
