He’s small but runs with good vision and excellent balance and fwd lean.  Also, exceptional at avoiding tackles below the waste.  He ‘gives’ laterally to keep his feet underneath him.  Finished runs down field, despite his size.  Exc blocker for his size.  Nice WB type that could be used in the IB spot now and then.  Could be a decent up back in punt returns too.   Offer list suggests he’s better than his grading would indicate.  Applewhite probably knows him so he’s worth an offer I’d guess.
