That time is crazy!!! In HS a low 42 high 41 is smoking.  Low 40 is just ridiculous.  Saw a video of a guy on his 4x1 run an 10.16 FAT in the rain and another member of that relay team went 10.36.  Man that would be a group to coach in football.
