Figured we might as well have a thread about him as it seems like this might take some work.

I put him on Mod Preview last night for 14 days. Here's what the Warning said:

You seem to be more intent on stirring the pot than contributing to the conversation. Many of your posts are bordering on Trolling, especially with their frequency.

You are being placed on Moderator Preview for the next two weeks. Hopefully you can find productive ways to contribute to the board.

Now he's gone into full five-year-old-child-who-got-their-toys-taken-away mode, reporting everything we're letting everyone else get away with.

Sent the following PM:

It's fine to Report posts that may be out of line with board rules.

But suddenly reporting everything that you perceive as a slight to you is probably not going to get you very far. The "you did this to me but you're letting them get away with the same thing" act gets very tired very quickly.

By the time members get in the situation that you find yourself in, they have been given many chances and been complained about many times. Going into constant complaining mode only makes it seem like the people who are complaining about you are right.

The better course of action is to tone things down a bit and work on finding ways to get your point across that are not against board rules and - more importantly for you - in a way that others can respect and doesn't cause them to immediately dismiss what you're saying just because you're the one saying it.

The post above from RDR should not have been approved, so I removed it from the thread I found it in. It is disappointing that RDR is really not getting the impact of his actions here, and I think this is one step further in the wrong direction. I would like to suspend him at this point because of this post, and when he returns, place him back on Mod Preview.

Does anyone oppose this plan?

I wonder if he edited that after it was approved. I think I approved it because the part about the letter P being taken is really familiar but there wasn't a pic with it at the time.

Okay, well, RDR is getting a suspension for this post. I have also reset his Mod Preview time so that when is suspension is over, he will remain on MP for two weeks.
