[SIZE=12pt]This  [/SIZE]Reuben Dip is a hot cheesy dip made with the classic sandwich ingredients including corned beef, sauerkraut and Thousand Island Dressing. A unique and unexpected party offering that always gets rave reviews!'

[SIZE=12pt]Ingredients:[/SIZE]

[SIZE=12pt]1-(8-oz.)-Pkg. Cream Cheese, Softened[/SIZE]

1-1/2 Cups Deli-Corned Beef, Diced Or Chopped

[SIZE=12pt]1-1/2 Cups Swiss Cheese, Shredded[/SIZE]

[SIZE=12pt]1/2 Cup Sour Cream[/SIZE]

[SIZE=12pt]1/2 Cup Sauerkraut, Drained[/SIZE]

[SIZE=12pt]1/4 Cup Thousand Island Dressing[/SIZE]

[SIZE=12pt]2 T. Parsley Chopped Parsley[/SIZE]

Cooking Spray

[SIZE=12pt]Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=12pt]Coat a small baking dish or skillet with cooking spray.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=12pt]Place the cream cheese, corned beef, 3/4 cup Swiss Cheese, sour cream, sauerkraut and Thousand Island Dressing in a bowl. Stir gently until blended.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=12pt]Spread the cream cheese mixture into an even layer in your prepared dish. Top with remaining 3/4 cup of cheese.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=12pt]Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is browned and dip is bubbling. [/SIZE]
