I think so, yes. The members have tried to steer him in the right direction - let's see how that goes. If necessary, we can PM him if it looks as if he's not getting the message from the members.
Of course, if his postings clearly become flaming or trolling, we'll handle just as we would anyone.

Good catch. Bringing these types of posts to the leadership forum (yes new name) allows us to coordinate and calibrate what we deem sh**ty or not. Thanks for your doming this.
As far as the post goes I think he is okay, I feel the members will help him settle his tone.
