Roasted Shrimp With Thousand Island Dressing:
1/2 lb. Large Shrimp From Deli, Peeled & Deveined
1 Pkg. Amazing Taste Seafood Seasoning
1/2 Tsp. Kosher Salt
Freshly Ground Black Pepper, To Taste
1/2 T. Olive Oil
1/2 T. Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
Thousand Island Dressing:
3/4 Cup Mayonnaise
1/4 Cup Ketchup
1 Tsp. Minced Capers
1 Tsp. Minced Gherkins
1 T. Sweet Pickles
1 Tsp. Lemon Juice
Pinch Kosher Salt
Pinch Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Put shrimp in a colander and wash under cold water.
Put shrimp in a bowl and toss with Olive Oil, Amazing Taste Seafood Seasoning, Lemon Juice and Salt & Pepper.
Place on baking sheet.
Roast shrimp in preheated 400 degree oven for 5-6 minutes.
Thousand Island Dressing:
Place the mayonnaise, ketchup, capers, gherkins, sweet pickles, lemon juice, salt & pepper in a bowl and stir until blended.
Serve in a bowl off to the side for dipping.
