Jalapeno Egg Rolls:

1-(8-oz.) Pkg. Cream Cheese

10-12 Jalapenos, Chopped

1-(1 lb.) Pkg. Egg Roll Wrappers

Oil, For Frying

***Eggrolls in back are filled with different cheeses, Jalapenos & cilantro.

Small amount of water mixed with 1 T. flour.

Mix jalapenos with cream cheese, place small amount on wrapper, roll up egg roll style and seal the tip with a drop of the water/flour mixture. Continue until mixture is all gone.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Heat oil to 350-375 degrees & cook about 4-5 minutes-(golden brown.)

Cool at least 5 minutes, filling will be hot.

Serve with Jalapeno Jelly and sour cream.

Grilled Crab Legs:

3-4 lbs. Dungeness Crab Legs, Cooked

2 T. Olive Oil

***Add Fresh Pressed Garlic To Olive Oil-(Opt.)

Old Bay Seasoning Or Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasoning/Cajun Seasoning

Heat grill; brush both sides of crab legs with Olive Oil.

Seasoning Is Optional:

Season outside of legs with Old Bay Seasoning Or Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasoning & Cajun Seasoning.

Place on hot grill 5-6-in. from coals.

Grill for 4-5 minutes, turning once.

Remove to serving plates with dipping sauce of your choice:

Red Cocktail Sauce

Garlic Butter Sauce

Taco Pizza:

1 lb. Ground Beef

1 Envelope Taco Seasoning Mix

2-(8-oz.) Cans Pillsbury Crescent Rolls

1-(16-oz.) Can Refried Beans/Or Jalapeno Refried Beans

2-3 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese Or Mexican Blend Cheese

1/2 Cup Chopped Tomatoes

1/4 Cup Sliced Black Olives

4 Green Onions, Chopped

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Brown ground beef; drain.

Add Taco Seasoning to the ground beef according to package directions.

Unroll crescent rolls into rectangles.

Place in ungreased 11-1/2-in.x16-1/2-in. Jelly Roll Pan or cookie sheet.

Press dough over the bottom and 1/2-in. up sides to form crust.

Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 11-13 minutes or just until golden brown.

Microwave Refried Beans in a microwave-safe bowl for 1 minute.

Carefully spread Refried Beans over warm crust creating a thin layer.

Top with cooked beef mixture; sprinkle with cheese followed by tomatoes, black olives and green onions.

Return to oven for 3-6 more minutes until cheese is melted.
