Guacamole:

***All Ingredients, To Taste-(I Eyeball It)

Avocados

Sour Cream

Fresh Lemon Juice

Hot Salsa

I eyeball it..so just guessing here..it is really good

4 Avocados

2/3 Cup Sour Cream

6 T. Lemon Juice-(2 Lemons Or More)

1/4 Cup Hot Salsa

Smash up or cream avocados.

Add sour cream, fresh lemon juice and Hot Salsa, to taste; mix.

Put in covered serving dish; refrigerate.

Serving Options:

Serve with Tortilla Chips or fry Flour Tortilla Wedges in hot oil.

Put Tortilla Chips in plastic bag; sprinkle salt, to taste.

Put chips on serving plate; add avocado mixture on each Tortilla Chip.

Cover with Shredded Cheddar Cheese; serve.

Homemade Fried Nachos:

1 Pkg. Flour Tortillas, Quartered

Heat oil in a Deep-Fat Fryer; add a few of the quartered Flour Tortilla Shells at a time for about 1-1/2 minutes or until lightly golden brown.

Sprinkle with salt, if desired.

Fried Corn Tortilla Chips:

Store-Bought Corn Tortillas

***As Many As Needed-Each Will Make About 6 Moderately-Sized Chips

Oil, For Frying

Cut Corn Tortillas into wedges of desired size.

Turn the burner on to medium-high and heat about 1 inch of oil in a heavy high sided skillet or pot. Choose something that is very stable and that will not slip off the burner.

***Or Use Deep-Fat Fryer:

***You Can Test By Tossing In A Small Chunk Of Tortilla.

***If It Bubbles & Floats Immediately After Touching The Oil, Then The Oil Is Ready.

Add Chips in batches; frying about 10 at a time.

Fry, turning with kitchen tongs, for 1-2 minutes, or until the Tortillas have colored slightly, and are well crisped.

Put on a paper towel-line plate and sprinkle with a little salt.

Serve immediately with Salsa/Guacamole.

Candied Garlic Chicken Wings:

1-1/2 Cups Honey

6 T. Soy Sauce

6 Garlic Cloves, Pressed

2 lbs. Chicken wings

15 Drops Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Wing Sauce

Heat honey, Soy Sauce and garlic until boiling.

Place wings in a 9x13-in. baking pan and pour the honey mixture over chicken wings; cover with foil

Marinate chicken wings in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight.

Bake, uncovered at 375 degrees for 1 hour.

Remove the foil cover and bake for 15 minutes

Take the wings out of the sauce and bake on a rack for 8 minutes.

Turn over the wings and cook for another 8 minutes.
