I guess I thought the rules already explicitly stated this, but they don't. We've been removing links and giving warnings for people who post links to streaming sites ever since I've been a Mod, but there's no official rule against it. The closest is this one:
#8 - No Piracy
No forms of piracy will be tolerated. Cracks, Warez, whatever. Emulators may be fully discussed as they are not illegal. You may discuss roms, but if you provide any information on obtaining them, it is a bannable offense.
We also discuss not posting copyrighted material in the notice about OWH articles in the Football forum, but that doesn't expressly prohibit streaming broadcasts either.
