Thought I'd give you a little Rivals info.

Keller is amazing according to reports..here are a few:

he plays on the scout team. Anyway, he tells me that every time Cally comes over and watches Sam throw, he just smiles from ear to ear. Also, his opinion is that Zac isnt in Sam's league - not in the same UNIVERSE.

And Sam Keller was throwing ROPES all over the place. I mean...most quarterbacks have a little arc, not Sam when he's trying to get the ball there in a hurry. It was really something to see.

My roommate who was an athletic trainer (waterboy) during practices during the first part of the season and said Keller is on the money, probably completing like 80% of his passes. He also said that Will Henry is his favorite target.

thoughts from a former all conference husker friend of mine who has seen him in practice this year:

Keller lights up the first team defense, he is also much bigger and faster than he expected him to be. His other comment to me: at least we will be okay at QB for one more year

I'd take some of that with a grain of salt, but I'd be lying if I said I wouldn't be disspointed if Keller wasn't an upgrade over Taylor.

 
Man, does this get me ready for next year. The offensive line, I suspect, will show major improvement again given it's youth, and while the defense will be inexperienced in some areas, it will get a huge injection of athleticisim.

Good things are coming, I think...

 
Those are very inspiring words. It was a great day when he decided to be N . Even if its for 1 year.
