Scalping Tickets?

I don't remember if there is a rule for this, or what but basically I was just wondering if we allow people to sell tickets above face value in the Classifieds?

I guess I don't know what the rules are, but to me it doesn't seem like people should be able to come on here asking for above face value for the tickets... if they post that they just have the tickets and someone offers them above face then theres not much we can do, but I guess I'm just wondering what the rule is?

 
No rule one way or the other. We provide a location for them to attempt to sell - we don't attempt to enforce laws, particularly since we don't always know the locations of the sellers or buyers. It could be that both are in a state that allows scalping. So we just let it go. Generally, over the years those that offer over face value tend to get no takers - ETR often jumps in and notes how he's always able to get tickets at or below face value by just going to the stadium.

Ok I just wasn't sure... I hate to see people asking for above face value for like our non-con games and having a member get a bad deal, but I guess thats their choice.

Just thought I'd ask I got my Season Tickets so I'm good :P
