It's likely about Marcus Rios. If you go to Forums/The Red Zone, the first topic posted says:
Marcus Rios possibly dealing with an academic problem
Nebraska requires him to take a geometry course, Notre Dame requires him to take a language course."He's going to graduate Friday," Richard Rios said. "There really are no schools that fit his criteria that he could gain early entry to in January. So he's decided to take another math class and finish up a foreign language requirement."
I'm a little confused. Does this mean he's ND bound? It's likely about Marcus Rios. If you go to Forums/The Red Zone, the first topic posted says:

It would seem that he's keeping his options open. If he were ND bound, why take the math class and vice-versa?I'm a little confused. Does this mean he's ND bound? It's likely about Marcus Rios. If you go to Forums/The Red Zone, the first topic posted says:

Well, here's to hoping he passes his geometry class and fails his language class. It would seem that he's keeping his options open. I would think that ND would require the geometry class as well. ND's academics are better than Nebraskas and if Nebraska required geometry I'm sure ND would require it. Don't you think? I would think ND would require both while Nebraska would require just the core math requirement. I just can't imagine ND not requiring geometry with the academic standing that university has.Well, here's to hoping he passes his geometry class and fails his language class.
UNL doesn't require foreign language for admission, just 4 years in order to graduate (2 for College of Engineering).I'm pretty sure Nebraska requires a foreign language as well. Basically, from my understanding, he has enough credits to graduate, but he hasn't fufilled all of the requirements for his top schools. He is slowing things down a bit now and taking his time with a decision.
