Selling my PS2

ok so i am interested in selling my ps2 and buying the Xbox 360. i have owned it for about 4 years, not sure how many games, maybe 15(i look and edit it) and like 3 controlers (one wireless) and 3 memory cards.

so should i sell it on Ebay or craigs list?

and any additional info would be appreciated..thanks
